1. The service
SEER provides deterministic chart casting and written interpretations across traditional systems. Readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial or relationship advice and must not be used as the basis for a decision with real consequences.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share access, scrape the service, attempt to bypass the paywall, or use the service to harm another person. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse.
4. Purchases
Paid readings, credit packs, memberships and lifetime access are digital products. Web purchases are processed by Stripe; mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Prices, currency and taxes are shown by the payment provider before you pay. Entitlements are recorded in our local ledger.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and may also be governed by the store you purchased through.
6. AI and transparency
The facts and citations in a reading come from the deterministic layer. A polishing layer may rephrase the text; if it does, the report says so. We do not claim scientific validity or predictive accuracy.
7. Intellectual property
The service, chart engine, corpus and presentation are owned by the operating entity. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to view readings you have unlocked. You may share a generated share card for personal use.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep entitlements available, but do not promise uninterrupted service.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law. The operating entity’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, to the extent permitted.
