1. Digital products
Readings, credit packs, memberships and lifetime access are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Statutory cancellation rights may differ by country and by the channel you purchased through.
Where local law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase, checkout asks you to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right once delivery begins. If you do not consent, the purchase cannot proceed. If a statutory right still applies, contact our support form at /contact to exercise it.
2. Web purchases
Web purchases are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Contact our support form at /contact with the account email, purchase date and, where available, the checkout reference. If a reading was not delivered or is materially defective, we will investigate and, where appropriate, refund it.
3. App Store and Google Play purchases
Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests for those purchases must be submitted through the store’s refund process; we can help identify the transaction but cannot override the store.
4. Subscriptions
Cancel a subscription through the channel where it was purchased. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid period unless the store or law requires otherwise. Refunds for partial periods are not automatic.
5. Chargebacks and abuse
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Repeated abuse, fraudulent payments or attempts to obtain paid content without payment may lead to suspension.
6. Crisis and safety
If you are in crisis, stop using the service and contact local emergency services or a crisis line listed on the crisis resources page. A reading is never a substitute for emergency help.
